My name is Matteo Gariglio, I’m an Italian Software Engineer & Developer. I studied in Turin, where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Telecommunication Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino, Italy. My course included programming, mathematical analysis, marketing and multimedia.

Led by a big passion for computer science and more challenges, I applied for a master degree in Software Engineering. I managed to win a scholarship in order to take a Double Degree in Paris, at Telecom Paristech. There, I improved my skills as developer and learnt notions of Data Mining, Data Warehouse, Computer Security, Networks.

I really love creating software, desktop and web applications from scratch. I am keen on design and user interfaces. Every task I undertake is done accurately and with attention to detail.

My strengths are HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and C#. Sometimes I use some CMS, but generally I prefer starting from zero. Thanks to my passion and my skills I am able to create different web sites according to the specifications I am given. I could define myself as a Front-End Developer, but I often work in the Back-end, creating tailor-made servers and databases.
